CAUTION: This blog entry may be one of my “I really don’t know what I’m saying” entry, because up until now my mind is still somewhere else, because of our first full production play as a class ever! However for now let me feed your eyes with photographs from yesterday.
The first group. And here’s a cool panorama shot from my iPod Touch!
And now here’s our group!:) My dad is the one who took the photos for our group.
Now I’ll end with this. I never thought theater works like this, I never thought that this will be a hard thing for us, but even though we experienced those late nights practicing, that early morning for a rehearsal, everything’s worth it! And it’s because of that friendship that we made, a friendship that became stronger for us, and also that one and pure moment of happiness we experienced. That’s why first of all of course I want to thank our World Literature professor, Mr. Cuartero, for giving us the opportunity to perform for this not so simple play. :) Next one is for my group mates, YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME! And just like what our leader, André Martinez, said “We won. There are no words in any dictionary, in any dialect, in any language for me to fully express my gratitude for you guys. I have never worked with such dedicated people like this before. ” Then again thank you, thank you so much for everything! There may be a lot of screams, flying clothes, weird words and expressions that came up to us during the play, but still we managed to fix those things, that’s why thank you and I love you all! To the other group, you guys are really great too, that’s why congratulations you all did great! Finally for the whole FFM2, this may be the biggest thing for us, for our whole frosh days, this is also our last shot as a block, and I know that this play also made us stronger as a block. That’s why congratulations to each and everyone of us. I LOVE YOU ALL! :)
Well yes I’ll discuss everything about these shorts soon! :)

2nd term here we go! However before I put my firsts from my 1st term to the past, I’ll tell you all something cool that we frosh experienced!
We all know that in every school the “Finals week” is something that we must worry about, I mean because the “Finals” is our last run for the term, so we really have to do everything good for it! And yes moving forward if you happen to pass by the De La Salle- College of St. Benilde, School of Design and Arts building, you will really see that it’s so…WHITE. Yes even on the inside! That is why we were really shocked when we saw that the SDA building became an art exhibit building! Okay sorry for the frosh fangirling for the artworks I saw(evil laugh).
Then now here you go these are only some of the exhibits, because I only took pictures of the ones on the 12th floor, but actually per floor there are a lot of different art exhibits, like on the 8th floor, of course some Barbie dolls and some design sketches because it’s a fashion design floor, next is the 5th floor, with all the theater plays with the Production design and Technical Theater people, and so much more! Those are some portraits/artworks outside the SDA Cafeteria/on your way to the cafeteria and student lounge. Those were made by i don’t know what course, and I think the pieces are made/sketched with charcoals. And the one in the middle is my favorite! Because everything seems so detailed about it. :)
Then now the artworks inside the SDA Cafeteria, yes inside so cute right? There’s a place for the student’s exhibits.“Junk’s Not Dead” is the title of their exhibit, and we really found it cool, because every junk were made into great pieces of art!
Then last one are the ones posted on the windows of the SDA Cafeteria.:)
Okay say anything you want about me fangirling with every pieces of art during the finals week, but yeah I really found it cooler than ever! Because only CSB-SDA can make the “Finals Week” fun! IT’S TOTALLY MORE FUN IN BENILDE!
it's more fun in benilde
High school for me right now is like an alcoholic liquor or a beer for a drunk person, because I still got a lot of hangovers with it. Also right now I already entered in my life’s new kind of adventure(even though the rules and a lot of everything in CSB is like Seton), that’s why don’t hate your school if your first day will be on June 4, or 6 or any day of this week, because us we already had our first day last May 21!:))
Now moving on my first day in college was kind of weird, because I never thought that our block will really be a big happy family. First factor is because we are a mixed block, meaning we got 3 courses in our block, first is of course my course, Arts Management, the other one is Digital Filmmaking and the other one is the Dance Major. And if I will tell you my whole first day it will take ages! Because I got a lot of firsts that day, but all I know is I’m exhausted yet happy because of some weird reasons. Then another fact in our block we also have our irregular blockmates, 2 of them are music production people and the other one is an athlete. So before moving on here are some photos of my blockmates/our block.
Then in terms of our professors well yeah most of them I think are fun to be with inside the class, especially they’re “chiiiill.” okay nevermind. About our school of course it’s really beautiful in SDA, I mean the everything haha! For our 2nd week I think we became closer, and I knew a lot of things, like I crossed the streets of Taft alone(which is not safe, but I did my best for it), then I’ll just add this up, for my first Saturday in school we already had our first free-cut/cutting because our professor didn’t arrive, next is I got a lot of reasons to be happy with my block, because they’re really fun to be with and finally I knew that a lot of them are vain, so yeah hi FFM2!And now I’ll introduce my friends since the orientation. From your left to right: Rodz, Jean and Jam. :)
Right now all I can say is I know I will still gain more knowledge weird experiences and weird life in college, but I think right now I must enjoy everything about it first, especially we only got 2 terms to be a block section. That’s why I will also leave you right now with a video(and a clip/only a photo of our block) from some MMA students/the Call Me Maybe: Benilde Version(if the video is not visible just visit this link, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0aGcTSivLwk&feature=youtu.be)! Just find me.:))
